TEST ROOMS MATERIALS
SCAM Workshop present structure of Turin includes:
- Test Rooms for Materials
- Test Rooms and Final Operating Test Facilities for Finished Equipment
- Chemical Analysis Laboratory
All are operating under the control of an efficient team of engineers and skilled technicians complying with a strict Quality Assurance method and requirements stated by the most important Italian and foreign Inspection Authorities.
Tests and inspections on materials and on finished apparata are carried out exclusively by personnel officially qualified according to ASTM Rules and they concern all the manufacturing procedure starting from the material or semi-finished materials reception until the final test and the delivery.
TECHNICAL TRAINING CLASSES
SCAM regularly organizes TRAINING, AND SPECIALIZATION COURSES:
- periodically for its own personnel: engineers, draftsmen, skilled workers (assemblers, welders, after-sale assistants);
- upon requests, training courses for our Customers’ personnel.
We can mention:
- courses for officers of the Italian and foreign Military and Merchant Navy;
- courses for operators destinated to personnel of large private and public industrial groups.
- SCAM has classrooms, laboratories for experiments, test rooms for equipment and modern instruments for destructive and non-destructive tests.
The purpose of these courses is offering a training with a high level of preparation and updating both for SCAM and our Customers’ personnel.
